- For reservations for 13 or more people, please contact the customer center.
- If you are bringing a carrier, please indicate the number when making a reservation.
- Please let us know in advance which tourist destination you would like to visit.
Booking Details
- Payment completion does not equate to confirmation. If the reservation cannot be processed, a refund will be issued.
- You will receive a reservation confirmation voucher within 1 to 48 hours after your payment is processed.
- A reservation confirmation voucher will be sent to your email. (*Please check your spam folder.)
- Weekend reservations will be processed on Monday, except in urgent cases.
- The reservation confirmation voucher can be printed or presented on mobile.

Terms And Conditions
- The cancellation policy follows the travel agency's specific regulations, as it is governed by a wholesale contract between the local supplier and the agency.
- If entry or exit is affected by COVID-19 or any other illness, the payment for this service will not be refunded, as it is considered the individual's responsibility and is unrelated to the travel service.
- Due to natural disasters or sudden extreme weather conditions, advance notice may not be feasible. If the service is unavailable as a result, refunds will not be issued; instead, a voucher valid for 6 months will be provided as a substitute.
- If the cancellation policy differs at the time of booking, we will provide separate details. This may vary during periods such as the year-end, New Year, or special events.
- To ensure the smooth running of operations, please make any reservation change requests at least 4 days in advance of the tour, within united Arab Emirates business hours.
- Free cancellation applies up to 4 days prior to the service use date.
- Cancellations made within 3 days of the service date, as well as no-shows, will not be eligible for a full refund.
- A 100% refund is available in the event of weather or other local circumstances, subject to approval by local staff.
